Category Schools - Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Take on a meaningful role providing communication access and support for students in a thriving educational environment. This contract opportunity places you directly within a satellite program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students in grades 5-8. Your expertise as a Sign Language Interpreter will empower students to fully engage in both their DHH-specific and mainstream general education classes, ensuring equitable and inclusive learning experiences. Work hours align with the school day, from 8:15 am to 3:00 pm, allowing for a predictable and balanced weekly schedule. You'll primarily interpret for students throughout their day, traveling with them to a variety of settings—including general classroom instruction and related service sessions such as occupational therapy and social work.

Ideal candidates will bring:
