What Youll Do:

Deliver expert American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for deaf or hard-of-hearing middle school students during classroom instruction and school-related activities. Act as a communication bridge between students, teachers, staff, and peers to ensure everyone is understood and included. Partner with educational teams to promote a learning environment where all students can thrive. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards for educational interpreting.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

An EIPA score of 4.0 or above, or equivalent state-recognized interpreting credentials. Previous experience interpreting in school settingsespecially with middle school studentsis highly valued. Flexibility and eagerness to engage as a collaborative team member within an educational environment. Ability to successfully complete all required onboarding steps, including background checks.
