Holiday Exteriors Holiday Exteriors is hiring seasonal Holiday Lighting Installers to install, service, remove, and organize holiday lighting and décor at residential and commercial customer properties. This is an in-person, field-based position that involves physical outdoor work, travel to local job sites, and regular work at height. Responsibilities Install holiday lights, extension cords, timers, décor, and related materials according to company procedures and site plans. Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to lighting installations. Remove and organize lighting and décor following the holiday season. Load, unload, stage, and maintain installation equipment and materials. Safely use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and other job-related equipment. Drive a company vehicle or approved work vehicle and, when assigned, tow a trailer to local job sites. Follow all safety procedures, including appropriate use of fall-protection equipment and personal protective equipment. Communicate professionally with customers and work effectively with crew members and supervisors. Work outdoors in changing Colorado weather conditions. Qualifications Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate a vehicle and tow a trailer, or willingness to complete company training for trailer towing. Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, lifts, and other elevated work surfaces. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, climbing, standing, and working outdoors. Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location. Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a field crew. Experience in holiday lighting, construction, landscaping, roofing, electrical work, or similar outdoor field work is preferred but not required. Basic electrical knowledge is helpful; training is provided. Schedule Seasonal employment from approximately mid-October through mid-February. Part-time and full-time schedules are available. Typical work occurs during daytime hours; occasional extended days or weekend work may be available based on customer schedules, weather, and seasonal demand. Employees should be available to work outdoors during variable weather conditions. Compensation and benefits $21.84-$31.11 per hour, based on experience and job qualifications.
