JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a middle-market private equity firm, is seeking an Operating Partner, Commercial Excellence, to join its Portfolio Operations team. This individual will lead commercial value creation initiatives across the firm's portfolio of industrial and manufacturing businesses, supporting investments from diligence through post-close execution. The ideal candidate will bring 15 or more years of experience in commercial strategy and transformation, with a background in strategy consulting and either private equity or commercial-focused operating experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
