LCS Productions is hiring a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to serve the Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Phoenix areas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys photography, working with people, and being part of a growing creative company. While photography experience is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident. You will visit properties throughout Chandler and the surrounding areas, capture listing media, interact with real estate professionals, and help create a fun, professional experience for every client. What You'll Do Travel to residential properties for scheduled real estate media appointments Capture interior and exterior listing photos using our established shooting process Learn additional services such as drone photography, videography, and twilight photography Interact professionally and confidently with real estate agents and homeowners Follow detailed processes, checklists, and quality standards Manage appointments independently while staying accountable to the team Upload media and complete required post-appointment tasks Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout each shoot Represent the company professionally and provide a high-quality client experience This is an active, field-based position where your schedule, locations, and properties can vary from day to day. Schedule & Availability Approximately 15-20 hours per week Must have at least 3 full days of availability Work is primarily scheduled Monday through Saturday during daytime business hours (roughly 9AM to 6PM) Weekend availability is preferred, but not required Schedule and weekly workload may vary based on real estate appointment volume Flexibility and reliability are important due to changing client schedules Must be comfortable driving approximately 30 to 45 minutes between service areas and appointments Typical service radius is approximately 20 to 45 milesfrom your home Our primary service areas include Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and Phoenix . A reliable vehicle is required, as this position involves regular driving between appointments. Compensation We provide paid training and opportunities to increase your earning potential as you learn additional real estate media services.
Paid training:
$18/hour Standard photography: $30 per unit FAA Part 107 drone certified: $35 per unit
Signature Video Trained:
$40 per unit Twilight shoots: $75 flat rate Additional services are paid based on the scheduled shoot time and service type •One unit represents 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time.
