Big Pig Smart Lighting installs permanent outdoor LED lighting across the Phoenix metro. We're hiring a full-time sales rep to run company-provided appointments and generate their own business in the field through door to door canvassing. This is a permanent seat with the perks of starting at the most productive time of the year, Oct-Jan. What you'll do:

• Run pre-set appointments with homeowners who have already raised their hand and submitted requests for our service
• Generate your own opportunities through neighborhood canvassing
• Design the lighting layout with the customer and quote on the spot
• Manage your pipeline
• Hand off clean, accurate jobs to the install team Who this is for:
• You've sold in-home before — lighting, solar, roofing, pest, pool, turf, alarms, remodeling, anything with a homeowner across the table
• You're comfortable self-generating, not just running leads
• You want a territory you can build, not a list you burn through
• Reliable transportation and a clean presentation What we offer:
