This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, being out in the field, and interacting with people. No professional photography experience is required, we provide paid training and clear systems. You will be working directly with homeowners and real estate agents, so reliability, communication, and professionalism are essential. Responsibilities Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments Capture interior and exterior photos using a structured shot list Communicate professionally with homeowners and agents on-site Upload media files after each appointment (no editing required) Learn additional services such as drone and video over time Schedule Available 3-5 days per week Typical hours are between 9:00 AM -5:00 PM Approximately 15-20 hours per week Schedule may vary based on booking volume Compensation Paid training at $15/hour Standard appointments average $25 per scheduled hour on-site Drone-certified work averages $30 per scheduled hour Additional services paid per project Mileage reimbursement at $0.40 per mile Compensation increases with experience and additional services. Requirements Reliable transportation and willingness to drive locally Strong punctuality and reliability Professional and friendly communication skills Ability to follow a checklist and stay organized Comfortable using basic technology and uploading files Reliable internet connection at home iPhone 14 Pro or newer preferred Photography experience is a plus, but not required.
