About VaultQuest VaultQuest is a growing Pokémon TCG live-commerce company looking for confident, energetic, and outgoing personalities to join our team as Live Stream Hosts. This is an off-camera sales and entertainment position. You'll host live shopping streams, open Pokémon products, interact with viewers in real time, showcase products, and help create an entertaining experience that keeps customers watching and coming back. You do not need to be a Pokémon expert to apply. We can teach you the products, cards, sets, and streaming formats. What we're really looking for is someone with personality, confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep an audience engaged. If you're naturally outgoing, enjoy talking to people, are comfortable being on camera, and have an interest in sales, content creation, gaming, entertainment, or social media, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Host live Pokémon TCG sales streams in front of the camera Open Pokémon packs and products live for customers Present products clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically Interact with viewers and respond to live chat in real time Keep conversations flowing and maintain strong energy throughout the stream Explain products, promotions, and stream formats to customers Encourage customer participation and help drive sales Identify natural upselling and cross-selling opportunities Learn Pokémon cards, products, sets, and current TCG trends Build relationships with repeat viewers and customers Follow company procedures and live-stream guidelines Work with the team to continuously improve stream quality, promotions, and content

What We're Looking For Required:

Comfortable and confident speaking on camera Outgoing, energetic, and personable Able to hold conversations naturally without relying on a script Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable selling and recommending products Able to multitask while speaking, reading chat, and handling products Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to maintain energy during longer live-stream sessions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work in person in Little Neck, Queens Nice to Have Experience is helpful, but not required , in any of the following: Pokémon TCG or other trading card games Retail or sales experience Customer service TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or other live-commerce platforms Livestreaming or content creation TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, or other social platforms Acting, comedy, broadcasting, gaming, or entertainment Compensation & Schedule $20-$35/hour Compensation may vary based on experience, performance, and responsibilities. There will be oportunities for bonuses and growth. Flexible scheduling throughout the whole day. We run streams 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Morning, evening, late-night, and overnight shifts are available.
