Are looking for part-time, seasonal work with flexible scheduling. What to Expect as a Lead School Photographer Lead and manage a photography crew during school Picture Days. Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of a professional mobile photography studio. Provide direction to school staff, parent volunteers, and students. Maintain high standards of image quality, efficiency, and professionalism. Serve as the primary point of contact for school staff throughout Picture Day. Mentor and support photographers to ensure a positive experience for students and schools. What It Takes to Be a Lead School Photographer High school diploma or equivalent. College or technical training is a plus. Proven school photography experience is required. Demonstrated leadership and crew management experience. Ability to work a seasonal, flexible schedule, with hours varying each week based on assignments. Must be available for early morning starts, as early as 5:00 to 6:00 AM. Live within a 30-minute commute of our studio in Elyria, Ohio. Valid U.S. driver's license and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle. Ability to lift and operate professional camera equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to successfully pass FBI and BCI background checks , as required for working in Ohio schools. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Why Join First Choice Photography?
