This job is ideal for someone who doesn't require a full time job, or is looking to add-on to their own freelance business. Hours vary week to week, and may be inconsistent. Duties will require traveling to shoots within the Salem area and other surrounding areas, including the Oregon Coast as well as north toward Portland. The following are examples of your duties:

Real Estate:

$17-$20 an hour Traveling to shoots within the area Greeting realtors and home owners on site Taking photos and videos of houses Fly drone for photography Creating 3D tours and floor plans

Grads/Seniors/families:

Percentage-based commission Traveling to shoots within the area Coordinating and planning shoots Taking photos of the clients Uploading raw media to our team

Weddings:

Percentage-based commission at a higher rate Traveling to shoots within the area Coordinating and planning shoots Taking photos of the weddings Uploading raw media to our team Other general social media and photography-adjacent duties will come up as required. Here are the qualities we are looking for: Attention to detail and checklists Positivity Punctuality Friendly and upbeat Good with people Good compositional eye No recreational drug use

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of mirrorless cameras Previous general photography experience Willingness to learn real estate photography FAA Part 107 drone license or willingness to acquire drone license. Ability to pass a background check

$17-$20 Hourly DOE, plus commission opportunities

Hours:

Part-time and gig-based depending on shoot frequency, hours are logged for driving time, shooting time, and ingesting time.
