Duties Capture professional-grade photographs of residential and commercial properties using advanced photography lighting equipment and techniques. Operate drones safely and legally under Part 107 regulations to obtain compelling aerial footage that enhances property listings. Conduct aerial videography flight operations, ensuring optimal shot composition and smooth footage for marketing materials. Maintain photography gear, drone equipment, and accessories to ensure optimal performance during shoots. Uphold safety standards during drone flight operations while navigating complex environments or challenging weather conditions. Assist in art direction for shoots when needed, ensuring shot composition aligns with marketing objectives. Qualifications Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Licensed Drone Pilot) with experience in commercial drone operation. Proven experience in real estate photography or architectural photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and artistic vision. Strong understanding of shot composition principles tailored to real estate marketing needs. Excellent client communication skills to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results on time. Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of photography gear including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and stabilization tools is essential.
