Must be able to photograph 25-35 children ages 5 and under per hour while maintaining a positive, child-friendly experience. Must have experience with photo culling, cropping, color correction, and basic image editing. Must be proficient in Adobe Lightroom Classic. Have fun with kids and make them laugh. We are a dedicated preschool photography team looking for an engaging Preschool Photographer to help ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality photo sessions. Strong attention to detail and understanding the importance of posing subjects quickly and naturally to capture precious memories is a must.

Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent posing techniques that align with our photography style. Engage and interact with children to encourage genuine smiles and expressions Adapt posing based on age, personality, and comfort level of the child Maintain patience and enthusiasm, even in fast-paced environments Loading and setting up equipment, including lights, backgrounds and camera equipment.

Qualifications:

Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor Comfortable working with young children and guiding them into natural poses Previous experience in posing, child photography, or a related field preferred Reliable transportation and availability for early morning shoots as needed Ability to return for multiple seasons preferred Why Join Us?
