Lead and manage plant operations across all assigned areas of responsibility. The Successful Applicant A successful Production Manager in the food and beverage industry should have: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within food and beverage production. 10+ years of management and leadership experience. Demonstrated success improving quality, safety, service, productivity, and cost-performance metrics Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process flow. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in food manufacturing environments. Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, and operational reporting What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 USD annually.
