In this specialized role, you will oversee the flow of incoming devices, parts inventory, and outbound refurbished goods. You will lead a warehouse team tasked with meticulous serialized tracking and efficient workflow management to support our repair and testing lines. Key Responsibilities Reverse Logistics & Triaging:
Oversee the high-volume receiving and intake of returned or defective consumer electronics, ensuring they are accurately categorized for testing, repair, or recycling.
Serialized Inventory Control:
Enforce strict serialized tracking (IMEI, serial numbers, barcodes) across all stages of storage and repair to maintain 100% data integrity and prevent shrinkage.
Parts & Components Management:
Manage the organization, storage, and kitting of micro-components and spare repair parts (e.g., screens, batteries, motherboards), ensuring the technical team has immediate access to required materials.
Team Leadership & Safety:
Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with general safety standards and specialized Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection protocols.
Quality Control Oversight:
Partner with the technical repair team to ensure that final refurbished products are securely packed, kitted with correct accessories, and accurately prepared for resale or return to the client. E-commerce & B2
B Fulfillment:
Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping workflows for finished consumer goods across e-commerce marketplaces and wholesale channels.
Qualifications & Skills Electronics Logistics Leadership:
Proven experience supervising warehouse or floor operations within an electronics recycling, refurbishment, or technical depot center.
Meticulous Detail Orientation:
Deep understanding of serialized inventory tracking systems and the care required to handle fragile, high-value tech assets.
Technical Inventory Systems:
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and barcode/RF scanning hardware.
Problem-Solving & Flow Optimization:
Ability to identify bottlenecks between the warehouse intake and the technical repair benches to keep production lines running smoothly.
ESD Awareness:
Strong foundational knowledge of safe handling procedures for electronic components to avoid static damage.
Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience:
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years supervising inventory or reverse logistics in a consumer tech environment.
Certifications:
Certifications related to electronics processing or reverse logistics (e.g., R2, RIOS, or general OSHA) are highly advantageous.
Language Skills:
Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is a plus.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
