Project Management & Production Assistant Car Wrap Solutions - South Florida Car Wrap Solutions is looking for a motivated, energetic, and adaptable Project Management & Production Assistant to join our team. We specialize in vehicle wraps, graphics, fleet branding, trailers, commercial vehicles, signage, and other custom visual projects. This position will work closely with our Project Management and Production teams, helping move projects through the different stages of the process — from design, through production and preparation, to installation. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn. The ability to follow established procedures while also using good judgment, taking initiative, and solving problems is essential. Responsibilities Project Management Support
- Assist Project Managers with the coordination and follow-up of projects.
- Help track projects from design through production and installation.
- Coordinate information between design, production, and installation teams.
- Help ensure projects are properly prepared for each stage.
- Review project details, measurements, materials, and specifications.
- Visit customer locations or job sites when necessary.
- Take measurements and gather project information.
- Help identify potential issues and find practical solutions.
- Follow up on pending tasks and help keep projects moving toward completion.
- Maintain organized project information and documentation. Production Support You will learn and assist with different aspects of our production process, including:
- Large-format printing.
- Laminating.
- Cutting and trimming graphics.
- Preparing materials for installation.
- Material handling and organization.
- Quality control and inspection.
- Learning different vinyls, substrates, equipment, and production techniques.
- Following production procedures and quality standards. Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions, processes, and company protocols.
- Good judgment and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new equipment, materials, and processes.
- Ability to manage changing priorities throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
- Willingness to work between our three South Florida locations and visit job sites when required.
What You'll Learn You will receive hands-on training in our specific workflow, including project coordination, production, materials, equipment, quality control, and how design, production, and installation work together. A strong commitment to learning during the first 60 days is expected. The goal is to develop a person who can gradually take ownership of projects and responsibilities with less supervision. The Right Fit This position requires someone who is comfortable with a flexible day-to-day routine. Priorities can change based on customer needs, production schedules, and project deadlines. You may spend part of your day coordinating a project, preparing materials, working in production, checking a job, visiting a location, taking measurements, or helping resolve an unexpected issue. We need someone who is willing to step in wherever necessary to keep a project moving forward. Experience in graphic production, printing, automotive, signage, project coordination, or a related field is a plus, but not required. What matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, follow procedures, take responsibility, and contribute to the team.
