Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the participation of performing groups in the event by managing rehearsal schedules, liaising on music, costumes, props, floats, and structures, and providing administrative support before and during the event to ensure groups are well-prepared and performance standards are met. Support production planning and execution by assisting Production Managers in scheduling filming sessions, rehearsals, and logistical arrangements, and serving as a key point of contact for the performing area during rehearsals and parade days to ensure smooth operations. Assist in the development of video and projection content by sourcing and collating materials, supporting pre-recording of performances, and coordinating with the Sound, Lighting, and Effects teams to achieve the intended creative vision. Attend creative team meetings with choreographers and production staff to understand item concepts and contribute ideas that support the artistic direction of the Parade. Recruit, coordinate, and manage volunteers serving as production crew to ensure adequate ground support during rehearsals and show days. Provide administrative and secretariat support to the production team, including preparing presentation slides on concepts and formations, taking meeting notes, and maintaining documentation for participating groups.Job Requirements:
