Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our Dry Cleaning and Laundry Plant operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient, high-quality output while maintaining safety standards and optimizing workflow. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline manufacturing processes, and foster a culture of excellence across the plant. Responsibilities Plan and manage daily dry-cleaning and laundry production. Organize work based on due date, store requirements, routes and rush orders. Ensure garments move efficiently from receiving/scanning through cleaning, pressing, quality control, assembly and bagging. Manage inventory levels through effective production planning and supply chain management practices, utilizing MRP systems for accurate forecasting and resource allocation. Monitor production throughout the day and prevent bottlenecks. Ensure orders are completed on time for stores and routes. Work with General Manager, Route Manager, and Customer Service Manager to ensure quality. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably in dry cleaning or laundry operations. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning software; familiarity with MRP systems is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing cross-functional communication channels. Mechanical knowledge relevant to laundry equipment maintenance and process automation is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on production scheduling, process improvement, and supply chain analytics. Pay:

$20.57 - $21.92 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
