Merchology seeks a Pre-Press Specialist for our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Art Manager, the Pre-Press Specialist is a critical role that provides customers with a review of their logo on specified products to ensure brand alignment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control are essential for success in this position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A
successful Pre-Press Specialist will: Conduct thorough process and quality reviews of customer logos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Perform comprehensive reviews of customer logos, meticulously assessing color correction needs, and efficiently coordinate the routing process to the Digitizing team. Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with customers who seek assistance with logo edits. Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via chat, email, and phone. Timely communication and collaboration with Digitizing and Customer Service teams. Additional projects or duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is nice to have Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team Microsoft Office Suite proficiency HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus Efficient and detail-oriented
