Terre Hill Concrete Products is seeking a multi-talented employee to serve as a Project Estimator and Customer Liaison for our Precast Concrete Division, based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Terre Hill, PA.
Specific job duties will include:
Preparing and distributing quotes and bid documents for customers and contractors. Maintaining in-house database of all open, pending, and potential jobs. Reading and interpreting jobsite plans to identify new projects to quote. Performing all office/clerical duties, including answering/screening phone calls and emails, organizing/filing paperwork, etc.
The qualified candidate should be:
An experienced multi-tasker who thrives in an ever-changing work environment. Independent, highly-motivated, and exceptionally organized. Outgoing, friendly, personable and professional, with excellent communication skills. Able to work effectively under a deadline. Proficient in Windows-based computing - including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Compensation and vacation package commensurate with experience.
