The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality audio engineering to enhance the worship experience, ensuring clear sound for both live and virtual audiences. This role involves minimal setup and takedown, focusing primarily on maintaining optimal audio performance during services. Responsibilities Operate and manage audio equipment during worship services and online streaming sessions to deliver clear, balanced sound. Monitor audio levels throughout services, making real-time adjustments as needed to maintain sound clarity. Collaborate with worship leaders and technical team members to coordinate audio needs and troubleshoot issues promptly. Perform minimal setup and takedown of audio equipment before and after events, maintaining equipment in good condition. Assist in maintaining a safe and organized audio workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Prior experience with live sound engineering or audio production is preferred. Knowledge of audio equipment such as mixers, microphones, speakers, and streaming hardware/software. Ability to operate sound systems efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address technical issues quickly. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and worship leaders. Flexibility to work during scheduled worship services and special events.
