SOP Technical Writer -

Manufacturing Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday. This position will primarily support 1st and 2nd shift operations, with schedule flexibility based on training, documentation, and operational needs. About the Role Trillium Foods is looking for an Operations Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, practical documentation and training materials for our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role that works directly with Maintenance, Cooks, Line Operators, Line Leads, Quality, Safety, and Operations teams on the production floor. What You'll Do Create and update SOPs, Work Instructions, PM instructions, checklists, and technical documentation . Develop machine-specific training materials and visual job aids . Support Operations and Maintenance with documentation, equipment centerlines, and training needs. Work directly with employees to observe and document equipment and processes. Support document control, preventative maintenance documentation, and audit readiness. What We're Looking For Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail. 1-3 years of related experience preferred . Comfortable working in both an office and manufacturing environment. Manufacturing experience preferred; food or beverage experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus . Ability to travel up to 10% to other company locations.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
