(Remote) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Key Responsibilities Assess and validate the current Microsoft 365 migration environment. Review identity synchronization configurations, licensing allocations, migration tools, and related technical components. Evaluate pilot migration results and identify technical or operational issues. Support readiness analysis for migration of: Exchange Online Outlook Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Identities Endpoints Mobile devices Validate the migration scope for Teams channel content and private chat history. Identify and document platform or migration-tool limitations. Develop and document a repeatable, end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration process. Establish pre-migration technical validation and post-migration quality-assurance procedures. Provide technical oversight during migration events. Assist County and District Attorney technical personnel with migration issues. Coordinate escalations for complex technical issues. Prepare migration documentation, troubleshooting guidance, and final migration reports. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for County and District Attorney personnel. Required Technical Areas Candidates should have relevant experience with Microsoft 365 migration activities involving: Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Outlook Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Identity synchronization Microsoft 365 licensing Migration tools Endpoints and mobile devices Migration planning and execution Technical validation and troubleshooting Migration documentation and knowledge transfer.
