Job Description

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Proposal Coordinator (contract). In this role, you will support business development and pursuit efforts by managing the creation, coordination, and delivery of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing materials. This role works closely with technical staff, business leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing professionals to develop compelling, compliant, and high-quality pursuit documents. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development, writing, editing, production, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other business development materials.

Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and review processes to ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.

Collaborate with business development teams, technical staff, project managers, and leadership to gather content and develop winning proposals.

Research, write, edit, and proofread proposal content, presentations, project profiles, case studies, and marketing collateral.

Review technical content for clarity, consistency, compliance, grammar, and messaging.

Facilitate proposal review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.

Coordinate the collection and integration of information from internal teams, partners, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.

Support interview preparation efforts, including presentation development and leave-behind materials.

Maintain proposal resources, project information, staff resumes, and marketing content within CRM and knowledge management systems.

Ensure branding, messaging, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met across all deliverables.

Provide additional marketing support for presentations, collateral, and special business development initiatives as needed.
