Our content reaches millions of people across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. check us out! @moonmediagames We're looking for someone to become a key part of our Charleston team and help us maintain an extremely high standard as we continue to grow. The Role We're hiring a Content Quality Lead / Video Editor to oversee the final quality of the content we produce. This is not a role where you'll spend your entire day quietly editing one video at a time. You'll be responsible for reviewing a high volume of content, catching problems before they go live, giving clear feedback to editors, making edits when necessary, and helping ensure everything we release meets our standards. You'll work closely with our founders, editing team, strategy team, and in-person production team. We're looking for someone who wants ownership , not just assignments. What You'll Do Review and approve finished videos before they're delivered or posted Quality-control content for both Moon Media's own channels and our agency clients Catch editing mistakes, brand inconsistencies, pacing issues, audio problems, typos, and other details Give editors clear, actionable revision notes Make hands-on edits and revisions when needed Help maintain consistency across a large volume of daily content Understand the creative intent behind each video—not just whether it's technically correct Learn the styles, expectations, and requirements of different clients and brand partners Work directly with company leadership to continuously improve our content Help develop better editing and QC systems as the company grows Who We're Looking For Editing ability matters, but the person matters more to us than the résumé. We're looking for someone who is: Extremely hardworking and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented Reliable and organized Able to move quickly without letting quality slip Coachable and eager to improve Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions A strong communicator who can give constructive feedback Naturally interested in social media and internet culture Someone with strong creative judgment who can tell when a video simply "doesn't feel right" Excited by the opportunity to grow into a larger leadership position You don't need 10+ years of experience. We'd rather find someone talented, hungry, and motivated who wants to build a career with us. Experience We're ideally looking for someone with professional video-editing experience and a strong understanding of short-form content. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is required. Experience editing TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, branded content, or other social-first content is strongly preferred. A college degree is not required . Compensation & Schedule $70,000-$125,000/year , depending on experience and ability. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position based in Charleston, South Carolina , with an in-person/hybrid working structure.
