You'll shoot and edit engaging video content for marketing and social media — from concept through final cut — and play a key role in how Stratagon shows up online. This is a great fit for someone who wants flexible, project-based hours and creative ownership over their work. What You'll Do Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns. Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for on-location and studio shoots. Edit raw footage into polished videos — color correction, sound mixing, titles, and motion graphics. Collaborate with the marketing team on concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Manage video files, organize project archives, and maintain equipment. Stay current on video trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a videographer/video editor — a reel or portfolio is required. Proficiency with camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of social media video formats and platform best practices. Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, project-based schedule. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Reliable transportation for on-location shoots.
