Job Description
Relocators is looking for a creative and reliable Ecommerce / Videographer / Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role will support our marketing, social media, ecommerce, and branding efforts across Relocators and related brands. The ideal candidate has experience creating photo and video content, editing short-form videos, designing graphics, and helping manage online product listings. This position is a good fit for someone who is creative, organized, hands-on, and comfortable capturing real content at job sites, warehouses, offices, and company events. Responsibilities Shoot photos and videos of moving jobs, cleanouts, estate sales, products, team members, company events, and behind-the-scenes content. Capture B-roll footage such as trucks, crews working, packing, loading, warehouse activity, before-and-after shots, and customer interactions. Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Create graphics for social media posts, ads, flyers, thumbnails, website content, and promotional materials. Assist with ecommerce product listings, including product photos, titles, descriptions, pricing notes, and image organization. Help maintain consistent branding across all platforms. Organize photo and video files in the correct folders for future use. Repurpose existing photos, videos, and written content into new social media posts and marketing materials. Work with the marketing team to create content that supports company campaigns, services, products, and events. Assist with scheduling and preparing content for posting when needed. Qualifications Experience with video recording and video editing. Experience with graphic design and social media content creation. Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar programs. Basic ecommerce or Shopify experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to take direction and work independently. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and capturing content in real job-site settings. Strong eye for layout, lighting, branding, and visual storytelling. Organized with files, folders, content drafts, and project updates. Preferred Experience Short-form video editing for reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Product photography. Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, or other ecommerce platform experience. Email marketing or Mailchimp experience. Basic copywriting for captions, product descriptions, and ads. Experience with moving, estate sales, real estate, home services, or service-based businesses. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, and able to turn raw photos, videos, and ideas into polished content. This person should understand that marketing content needs to look professional, tell a clear story, build trust, and help support sales.
