Job Description

Videographer - Shiloh & Bros Studio On-Site | Greater Nashville Area, TN Shiloh & Bros is looking for an energetic, creative Videographer to join our team on-site at our studio in the Greater Nashville area! If you live and breathe cameras, geek out over lighting setups, and love every aspect of physical film production, this is the spot for you. We make fast-paced, high-energy content, and we need a hands-on camera operator who is ready to jump into the action, manage equipment like a pro, and keep our productions running smoothly. What You'll Do
On-Set Camera Operation:
Operate cinema cameras during studio and location shoots, ensuring crisp focus, dynamic framing, and high production value.
Lighting & Grip:
Set up, adjust, and move lights, modifiers, and grip equipment to achieve the desired look for each scene.
Gear Management:
Organize, clean, maintain, and prep all studio camera, audio, and lighting gear before and after productions. DIT (Digital Imaging Technician)
Support:
Handle offloading, backing up, organizing, and logging raw footage post-shoot to ensure media is safely handed off to the post-production team.
Production Support:
Collaborate closely with the director and creative team to troubleshoot technical setups on the fly. What We're Looking For
Hands-On Experience:
Proven experience operating cinema-grade cameras (RED, Sony FX line, Canon Cinema, Blackmagic, etc.) and understanding video production workflows.
Tech & Gear Passion:
Deep knowledge of camera settings, lenses, lighting techniques, audio gear, and stabilization rigs.
On-Set Agility:
Ability to lift gear, move quickly between setups, and keep energy high during long shoot days.
Data Discipline:
Detail-oriented mindset when it comes to file management, offloading media, and maintaining data redundancy.
Location:
Must be located in (or willing to commute daily to) the Greater Nashville area.
