This individual will document patient journeys, from consultation and procedure through recovery and create high-quality, documentary-style content that reflects our brand's aesthetic, voice, and tone. This role will also be responsible for developing content ideas, managing the posting schedule, writing captions, publishing content, and monitoring performance across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, compassionate, comfortable working directly with patients, and able to take a project from concept through filming, editing, approval, and publication. Candidates must submit video and social media work samples that clearly demonstrate their filming, editing, storytelling, and content-creation abilities. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Job Type and Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for procedures, patient milestones, or special events Local travel between our Seattle, Lynnwood and Kirkland locations and other filming locations is required ResponsibilitiesVideo Production Plan, film, and edit documentary-style patient journeys, procedures, educational videos, testimonials, and promotional content Manage all stages of video production, including concept development, storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio, editing, color correction, and final delivery Turn raw footage into polished long-form and short-form content Create platform-specific videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other designated channels Add captions, graphics, music, sound effects, transitions, and special effects as appropriate Operate and maintain cameras, microphones, stabilizers, lighting, and other production equipment Organize, label, archive, and maintain video and photography files Comfortably complete shoots independently or coordinate additional production support when needed Social Media Management Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar Create, schedule, and publish posts, Stories, Reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content Write clear, engaging captions that reflect the practice's brand and voice Collaborate with providers, patients, and the marketing team to identify content opportunities Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, audio trends, and content best practices Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback Track content performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, growth, and conversions Recommend adjustments based on analytics and content performance Maintain consistent branding and quality across all platforms Ensure patient content is not filmed or published without the appropriate authorization and approval Protect patient privacy and follow all company confidentiality and content-approval requirements Project Management Manage multiple content assignments and deadlines at the same time Communicate promptly and professionally with patients, providers, team members, and leadership Accept creative direction, incorporate feedback, and manage expectations throughout the production process Build organized workflows that streamline filming, editing, approvals, and publishing Independently manage short- and long-term projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications 2+ years of professional videography, video editing, content creation, or social media management experience preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating video capture, editing, storytelling, and social media content Proficiency with professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools Experience using various cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and stabilizers Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and content-management tools Strong written communication and caption-writing skills Comfortable filming medical procedures and working closely with patients throughout personal medical journeys Compassionate, professional, and respectful when working with patients Highly organized, dependable, creative, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in film, media, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to move throughout office and clinical environments while filming Ability to carry and set up production equipment Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
