Monitor shipment statuses and communicate proactively to resolve any customs-related issues or delays. Maintain detailed records for regulatory reporting, risk management, and audit purposes, ensuring all documentation aligns with legal standards. Stay updated on changes in trade laws, OSHA guidelines, and transportation regulations that impact customs procedures. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize transportation management and fleet operations related to international shipments. Assist in developing reports on customs activities, compliance metrics, and risk assessments to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in customs entry writing or related roles within logistics or supply chain environments. Strong understanding of FDA regulations, OSHA standards, and transportation management practices. Familiarity with freight processes, fleet management, and regulatory reporting requirements. Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of risk management strategies and compliance management principles. Ability to interpret complex regulations and adapt procedures accordingly. Effective communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners.
