Full Job Description Location:

Walnut, CA, USA We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry Writer to join our growing customs brokerage team. This role involves preparing import entries, reviewing documents, and supporting customs clearance operations. Candidates with customs brokerage or freight forwarding experience are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare import entries ( 3461 / 7501 ) Review shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L) Assist with HTS classification File and manage ISF when required Communicate with clients, CBP, and government agencies Follow up with multiple parties including CBP for entries under review or exam Monitor clearance status and resolve issues Maintain accurate shipment and entry records Support customs broker with daily operations Requirements Minimum 1 year Entry Writer experience (Required) Familiar with 3461 / 7501 / ISF process Advance knowledge of Classification preferred Experience with software Netchb preferred Bilingual Mandarin & English (Required) Detail-oriented and responsible Good communication and teamwork skills Must have legal working status in the U.S.
