Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional care for diverse patient populations across various clinical settings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to improved health outcomes through personalized nutrition strategies, comprehensive patient assessments, and collaborative care planning. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status, including diagnostic evaluations and physiological considerations. Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate dietary modifications, weight management strategies, and specialized nutrition interventions such as tube feeding. Provide expert guidance on nutrition-related topics including weight loss, geriatrics, and acute care needs. Collaborate with medical teams to integrate nutrition therapy into overall treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Deliver health coaching sessions aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle choices and sustainable dietary habits. Supervise dietary staff and oversee the preparation of specialized diets within the dietary department. Qualifications 2 years of relevant experience as a Registered Dietitian.
