Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Supported Living Care Providers to join our newly formed team at Curtis Homes, LLC. In this role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in a nurturing and empowering environment. Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities who receive services from the Regional Center. Disabilities may include mild intellectual disabilities or autism. Deliver tailored care in various settings, including residential facilities for adults and in-home care (SLS). Utilize user-friendly software and iPads for efficient reporting and documentation. Collaborate closely with our engaged management team, contributing to our authentic company culture that values employee development and well-being. Participate in specialized training and use person-centered tools to ensure excellent client care and personal growth.

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but we offer professional development assistance for newcomers. Genuine passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
