In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging potential customers directly at their homes to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. PAY $18 per hour plus bonuses. Opportunity for raises for top performers are also available. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days. Also a Commission based pay scale is available to choose from. Duties Travel to assigned destination for the day Visit neighborhoods or surrounding areas to speak to homeowners Engage prospects with compelling communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services for their homes exterior needs Negotiate appointment times that suit both the customer and the sales team Track interactions with homeowners using CRM to help accurately maintain records Provide homeowners with excellent customer service Requirements Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or door-to-door marketing preferred but not necessary training will be provided Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality Ability to work outside in the elements Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Join us if you're eager to develop your sales career further or even get started in a field full of endless possibilities.
