Job Description

RSInc (Restoration Services of MN, Inc.) is Looking for a Full-time, DSP (Direct Support Professional). What do we offer!
  • Starting Pay $17/hour.
  • $50•100 shift pick up bonus', for any extra shifts•Hiring Bonus of $500 after 6 months of successful Employment.
  • HRA (Health Insurance Reimbursement) after 30 days of employment for employees averaging 30 hrs./week. Who are we looking for!

  • This Position is located in primarily in Sandstone. We have houses in Sturgeon Lake as well that staff may be required to work at. Our company has been serving these communities since 2008!
  • This position contains day, evening, and overnight shifts.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, be authorized to work in the united states, pass a background check, and have a valid drivers license.
  • Experience welcomed but not required, all on site training provided through state approved training programs and our internal RN.
