Little Bear Learning Center Little Bear Learning Center is seeking dependable, nurturing, and experienced Lead Teachers to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple classrooms, including: Infants Toddlers 2-Year-Olds 3-Year-Olds We are looking for teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and understand the importance of creating a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn and grow. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily classroom activities and routines Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing compliance Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Use positive guidance and redirection to support behavior management Communicate professionally with families and team members What We're Looking For We are seeking teachers who: Are dependable and reliable Have strong classroom management skills Work well as part of a team Understand child development and age-appropriate expectations Can create structure and consistency within the classroom Bring positive energy and professionalism to the workplace Qualifications Must be Lead Teacher qualified through Wisconsin licensing standards Previous childcare experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families Why Join Little Bear Learning Center?
