Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited program in diagnostic medical sonography or cardiovascular technology Registered or registry-eligible in echocardiography (e.g., ARDMS, CCI, or equivalent) Proficient in performing and interpreting echocardiograms, including M-mode, 2D, Doppler, and color flow studies Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to echocardiography Current BLS certification required Prior clinical experience as an Echo Tech preferred Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare staff Ability to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment effectively Detail-oriented with commitment to delivering accurate diagnostic information

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized echocardiographic procedures on patients as ordered by physicians Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring comfort and safety Review and interpret images for adequate coverage, taking additional views when necessary Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Ensure proper care, sterilization, and maintenance of imaging equipment Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times If you possess the expertise in echocardiography and a dedication to excellence in patient imaging, we welcome your application.
