Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction in Reading, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that support student success. Assess student progress and provide individualized support and feedback. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance documentation. Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Utilize technology and Microsoft Office applications to enhance instruction and communication. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and educational backgrounds. Collaborate with staff and students to support educational achievement and program goals. Promote student engagement, motivation, and academic success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

3 years of teaching experience in Adult Education or High School Equivalency Bachelor's degree in education, English, Teaching, or a related field.
