The space is warm, neutral, and design-forward, built for stillness, strength, and recovery, with an infrared sauna on site.
Our schedule offers four formats:
Glow Flow (warm slow flow), Glow Hot (heated, high-intensity), Glow Sculpt (yoga + weights), and Glow Restore (gentle recovery). About this role We're hiring founding instructors specifically to lead our Glow Hot and Glow Sculpt classes, the more athletic formats on our schedule. These need a different kind of teaching than traditional vinyasa or slow flow, and that's the gap we're hiring for. If you also teach Glow Flow or Glow Restore beautifully, even better but the priority for this hire is strength and heat. What you'll teach Glow Sculpt (92-95°F): yoga flow + light weights, resistance, core, functional movement Glow Hot (100-105°F): athletic, sweat-driven, strength + endurance focus
