Hot Mat is one of our most popular signature classes—a challenging, full-body, low-impact workout taught in an approximately 87° heated studio. Strength, sculpt, barre-inspired movement, deep holds, high reps, loud music and an incredible community of women. We're looking for someone who: Is consistently available Sundays at 9:00 AM Is energetic, positive, confident and comfortable leading a room Has strong musicality and can teach movement to the beat Can motivate and connect with clients while still providing a challenging workout Is dependable, professional and excited to become part of our studio community Has a strong understanding of proper form, alignment and safe movement Is comfortable teaching in a heated studio environment Is willing to learn and teach the

EXPERIENCE
Barre, pilates or group fitness certified. Previous experience in barre, sculpt, Mat Pilates, strength training, group fitness, dance, cheer or a related movement discipline is preferred. Prior teaching experience is a plus, but we are also open to training the right person with the right energy, fitness background and ability to lead a room. This is a part-time position with one consistent weekly class, with the potential for additional classes and substitute opportunities.
