Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage creativity, self-expression, and artistic skills. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and inspired. Integrate various artistic techniques, media, and cultural influences into the curriculum. Support students' social and emotional growth through artistic exploration. Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to integrate art across subjects. Organize and showcase student artwork through exhibitions and school events. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid New York State Art Teaching Certification Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for fostering artistic creativity and confidence in young learners.
