Job Overview Art Instructor Pay:

$16.00- $22.00 per hour Job description Cordovan Art School is seeking multiple part-time instructors for 3 open positions. We are seeking a traditionally trained artist able to teach multi media to a variety of ages from 5-18. We are seeking a traditionally trained artist able to teach oil, acrylic and watercolor to an adult audience. We are seeking a traditionally trained artist able to teach the pottery wheel, ceramic hand building techniques and glazing.

Requirements for teachers:

Teachers MUST be skilled in traditional oil, acrylic and watercolors painting. MUST have knowledge of multiple art mediums Cheerful, positive personality...A MUST! Must be able to communicate well with people Previous teaching experience preferred We are looking for teachers who are available to teach days or evenings. Must provide portfolio of art work Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging art lesson plans tailored to various skill levels. Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student expression. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth. Manage classroom resources and maintain an organized workspace for optimal learning.
