Afternoon Chinese Teacher - 12

ECE Units Required Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-6:00 PM | 20 hours per week LiMai Montessori Academy is seeking a warm, responsible, and energetic Afternoon Chinese Teacher to join our team. Requirements Minimum 12 ECE units required Fluent in Mandarin Chinese Basic English communication skills required to communicate with parents and coworkers Strong teamwork and willingness to support the classroom team Reliable, patient, and comfortable working with young children 1 -3 year of experience working with children preferred Previous preschool or childcare teaching experience is strongly preferred Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and age-appropriate teaching practices Familiarity with mandated reporting, health and safety requirements, and early childhood education practices Responsibilities Provide engaging, age-appropriate Chinese language instruction for young children Plan simple lessons incorporating language, songs, stories, culture, and hands-on activities Maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment Support children's social-emotional development and classroom routines Communicate with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities Work closely with teachers and school leadership as part of a supportive team Assist with classroom supervision and school needs as required About LiMai Montessori Academy LiMai Montessori Academy provides a nurturing and diverse learning environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
