Familiarity with educational compliance standards, literacy education, math integration, and instructional modifications for special needs students. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technology tools to enhance instruction and student engagement. Strong communication skills for parent engagement, teacher collaboration, and student support. Background in working with students with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable.
