Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual English-Spanish Teacher & Teacher Aid with min. 2-4 ECE Units to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising and engaging children in various activities
  • Support the lead teacher in implementing educational and play-based programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
  • Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to the lead teacher or supervisor
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, cleaning and diaper changing as needed
  • Help children with learning activities and ensure their safety at all times
Qualifications:
  • Experience not required but better if working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting previously.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid paid by us.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and patience when interacting with children
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Previous babysitting, some childcare experience or Training or coursework in early childhood education or childcare Join our team to make a positive impact on the lives of young children while gaining valuable experience in the field of childcare.
