Overview We are seeking two or three passionate and experienced Spanish Teachers to join our dynamic team in the cities of Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch and Tustin! A MAXIMUM OF 4 HOURS PER WEEK ON DIFFERENT DAYS OF THE WEEK.
Responsibilities Implement Conversa's pre-designed curriculum effectively. Conduct engaging lessons and incorporate modern learning technology and innovative Comprehensible Input methodology. Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, respect, and active participation from all students. Create lesson plans that integrate literacy education, cultural insights, and language skills development. Attend training sessions to master Comprehensible Input , the teaching methodology we use. Inspire students to use and comprehend Spanish with confidence. Requirements Minimum one year of teaching experience, preferably with elementary-age children and adults. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English . Strong classroom management skills. Enthusiastic, patient, and creative approach to teaching. Passion for language education and working with young learners and adults. Proven experience in classroom management, lesson implementation, and engaging activities for language learners. Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt methods for children, early childhood education, or adult learners. Excellent English skills to communicate with students, parents and administrators. Experience working with students of varying backgrounds and learning styles. Knowledge of learning technology tools used to enhance language acquisition. Prior classroom experience.
