Key Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English Experience working in a classroom or educational setting Paraprofessional experience (preferred) Compassionate and patient approach, tailored to working 1:1 with elementary students Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting student success

Responsibilities:
