Beginning September 8th and extending through June 23rd, 2027, youll work one-on-one to foster meaningful academic and social progress. With a contract schedule of 32.535 hours per week over five days, youll have the chance to build a lasting impact in a students personal and educational journey.

Key Qualifications:

Bilingual ability with fluency in Spanish required Prior experience as a paraprofessional in educational settings Understanding of elementary school curriculum and classroom routines Effective communication skills and patience when working with children Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Work individually with a 4th grade Spanish-speaking student, supporting their learning and engagement Facilitate communication between the student and educational staff to ensure access to instruction Assist with classroom activities and implement educational and behavioral plans as directed by teachers Model positive behaviors and encourage active classroom participation Maintain accurate records of student progress and report observations to teachers and support staff Foster a safe, encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and independence
