Job Description
About the Role ISL International School of Languages is seeking a warm, engaging French teacher for our after-school enrichment programs at a private elementary school in Glenn Dale, MD, starting in October 2026. You will lead small-group French classes for elementary school students. Schedule Thursdays, 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM What You'll Do Teach small groups of up to 15 students using play-based methods (songs, flashcards, movement, games, arts and crafts) Contribute to bi-weekly parent updates and home learning resources What We're Looking For French proficiency Experience teaching elementary-age children needed Warm, energetic classroom presence with the ability to keep young learners engaged Reliable transportation to Glenn Dale, MD What We Offer Competitive compensation Materials Curriculum guidance and support Full coordination with the school, scheduling, and parent communication so you can focus on teaching About ISL ISL International School of Languages is a Bethesda-based language enrichment provider partnering with schools, daycares, and families across the DC metro area.
