This contract opportunity is designed for dedicated educators who are passionate about fostering academic and language growth for a diverse population of students. In this role, you'll work with a caseload of just over 30 elementary students representing a wide range of English proficiency levels according to the

assessment. Youll collaborate closely with grade-level teachers, leading small groups daily (Monday through Friday, with Wednesdays devoted to program management and educator coaching). While some students may also receive special education services, your primary focus will be on effective language acquisition instruction and supporting classroom teachers to implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Valid Missouri

K12 ESOL

(English for Speakers of Other Languages) or ELL (English Language Learners) teaching certificate Classroom experience as a General Education or ESL teacher strongly preferred Strong foundational knowledge of
