Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for ESL Instructor positions in Carthage, MS. Responsibilities:

• Deliver 6-15 instructional hours per week onsite teaching ESL/ESP classes for frontline team members
• Develop course materials, support student engagement, and foster community building before testing
• Maintain attendance records, administer pre- and post-assessments, and track student progress
• Attend program meetings, trainings, registration events, and graduation ceremonies while communicating with plant partners and program leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Previous teaching, training, or instructional experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain attendance and assessment records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently in an onsite learning environment
